Go With The Best

My company has a true partnership with its distributors.

The compensation plan is 50/50. A full 50% on every product is paid back to the distributors who participate in building a business with our 8 year old health & wellness company.

There is NO BREAKAGE and we have 9 level dynamic compression. (That alone is worth its weight.)

Our world-class, category-creating products are not to be dismissed or taken lightly. And, neither are our highly expreienced, honest and caring founders. They have done such a great job, our company was debt-free in the thrid month of business. Since that time we have done over 2 Billion in sales and broken more growth records than I can keep up with.

The best two aspects of my company are:

WE WILL NEVER CHANGE THE COMPENSATION PLAN (what you build now will be there for future generations to come) and our philanthropic endeavors have saved countless lives and provided priceless help to millions of people all over the world.

Make Money Doing Something You Love

If you need to create a legitimate stream of income and can't seem to find a job, you may want to try something new. There are more ways to bring in cash than to work for minimum wage at the nearest grocery store. In the article below you'll see what a few college graduates did. And, if what they did is more than you can handle (or if you can't raise the $100,000 needed) then take a free look at my industry.                                                                      Either way, you've got to do something.

Motivation and necessity drive new entrepreneurs BY EILEEN SMITH

Eric Heinbockel graduated from Columbia University in 2008, poised for a career in finance.

His lesson in economics was only beginning. Heinbockel couldn't find a job.
"I had interviews on the days Bear Stearns and Lehman Bros. went under," he recalls. "Nobody got hired in finance on those days."
Heinbockel's sweet dreams of an office on Wall Street melted like chocolate in a hot car.
So he decided to create his own job making custom candy bars.
free vectors, royalty free"We are seeing a lot more entrepreneurs who are looking to start businesses either because they are unemployed or underemployed," says Gary Rago, director of the NJ Small Business Development Center at Rutgers University-Camden.
The center helps about 600 people start and grow companies each year. Alumni include Heinbockel, who launched his businessChocomize with college chums Nick LaCava and Fabian Kaempfer.
The Ivy Leaguers enrolled in a class on writing a business plan taught by Bob Palumbo, a principal at Stokes Creative Group in Vincentown and a Rutgers business counselor.
"What struck me was they already had a good business plan," Palumbo recalls. "They were clearly serious about starting a business and had done their homework."

Because they had no collateral, the partners turned to relatives rather than banks, borrowing $100,000 to buy molds and machinery, the bulk of it from Heinbockel's grandparents.
With no spouses, kids or mortgages, the trio -- all 23 -- figured they were ideally positioned to take a risk. To keep expenses down, they moved into the basement of Heinbockel's parents' house in Cherry Hill.
"That cliche of the college kid who can't find a job and lives in Mom and Dad's basement isn't really a cliche," he says.
"On your own'
Older workers also are creating their own jobs, Rago says. In addition to longtime business relationships, older entrepreneurs often capitalize on severance packages or equity in their homes.
"It is not unusual for someone who is 50 or above to come up with a great idea of their own, especially if they have been laid off several times, were making a good living and are having trouble finding another position at that income level," he says.

Lighting The Way by Gidget Giardino

Light houses have enjoyed an almost three hundred year era of guiding ships safely along their seafaring voyages. Every lighthouse had a keeper whose responsiblity it was to keep the fiery light of the beacon burning bright. The houses were built along shipping lanes as well as other heavily-traveled areas of the oceans and the seas. Their sole purpose was to assist the captains and the crewman of passing ships to aid them in figuring out their locations. The lighthouses also helped to warn the ships' crews of impending dangers such as coral reefs, etc.

For hundreds of years, lighthouses have provided guidance and direction - a point of light in a time of need, a beacon of help and hope.

There will come a time in your life when you will be searching for something more for yourself and your family. When you find yourself there, it is my hope you will look to me. My beaming support shines brightly on everyone I meet. Let me light the path to your success.

Plan Your Future by Gidget Giardino

    Planning your future
is not about just you. It's about your family, your loved ones. Making certain that what you've worked hard to provide does exactly what you intend it to do.

You've all heard the saying, Plan Your Work And Work Your Plan, right?

This is why you must make a plan to take you from where you are now to where you want to be. Your plan should include what you are willing to do on a consistent basis in order to get you from point A to point B, and so on until you have reached your destination.

For instance, if you want to have all your debts paid in full and have $10,000 in savings by the end of 2015 then you need to write out your plan on paper. Figure out what form of work you can do that will provide the necessary income needed. (I chose Network Marketing because of the simple, easy to follow system and the access to knowledgeable coaches who were more than willing to help me get my goals accomplished.) Decide how many hours a week you are able and willing to give in order to reach your goal of all debts paid and $10,000 in the bank. Then, on a consistent basis, follow your plan and don't stop until you have reached your goal or surpassed it.

It's not as complicated as you might think to make 2011 your best year ever. Particularly when people like me are willing to work with you to create your plan and then tackle it step by step. My help is free, as in zilch, zero, nothing, nada. So, why not take advantage and make a positive difference in your life and your families? Drop me an e-mail. Gidget.Giardino@gmail.com

Looking For a Way To Make Money? by Gidget Giardino

After a long break, I am finally back.

Over the past month I've been busy coming to the rescue of various people and have worn many hats in doing so. I won't bore you with the details, but I will say this... It's been a really long time since I've had a 5 year old in the house to care for. :)

Now, it is time to get back to business. Business for me is like having lots of friends in lots of different places because I work from home and the people I work with are all over the globe. Every day I get in touch with people who want or need to improve their life. That is where I come in.

Since the recession most people have expressed major interest in making money. Some need to work from home because they've lost their job and can't seem to find another one anywhere else. Several are looking at their retirement options and have realized they don't have any. Others just need a little extra to stash away in case something unexpected pops up.

If building a business from home is something you've thought about it makes perfect sense to get the facts from people who are actually doing it. Don't ask your neighbor who retired from some corporate job ten years ago. Don't ask the friend who is constantly broke or the friend who does nothing but complain.
Ask someone who will be straight about the facts, give all the details, and help you with what YOU need. ASK ME.

Choose The Right Company For Success

Janet Callaway, my mentor, has a way with words, as well as, being tremendously successful in NWM. This article completely describes what you need to succeed in this industry.

6 Keys to Success by Janet Callaway

Today let's explore 6 key points in finding a company that is “built to last.” After all, if you are going to invest your time and effort to build for the future, you want to know that company will still be around in the future to pay you that residual income you earned.

Though it might seem odd, I am going to list these 6 keys in reverse order. In other words, I am going to start with the Least important first which may surprise you.

    1. Product. What, you say; how can that possibly be the least important? You're thinking if I had a great product to market, a product that really “Worked,” I would be rich because everyone would want it and would keep using it. While your logic sounds well, logical, unfortunately the reality is something else. People use great products, get better, feel better, look better or whatever better, and then they quit taking the products. Why? Because they are better! People forget about prevention and following consistent routines for optimum results. Life happens and people “forget” how they were before or they choose to spend their money elsewhere. A great product does not guarantee longevity of a company nor success for the individual distributor.
    1. Compensation. No way. If the compensation plan is good, the program/the plan will work and “I'll get rich!” Sounds good, however, once again that old reality is quite different. Many compensation plans are designed to only last a “short” time rather than the long haul. Still others “work” when there are a modest number of distributors and simply fall apart when the distributor force grows larger. The bane of the network marketing industry is compensation plans that keep changing because they were not well designed in the beginning. The good news/bad news is that it is not about the Compensation plan because people have made tons of money with truly terrible Compensation plans. Go figure.
    1. Tools. What on earth do you mean by “Tools.” Tools are what you use to deliver the information to your prospective business partners. They are critically important. This quote by Archimedes best describes the power of good tools: "Give me a lever long enough and a place to stand, and I will move the world."

    2. Systems. Newcomers to the Network Marketing industry often don't recognize the importance of a system. Because most of us are used to having to do it by ourselves, we forget that Network Marketing is about the power of leverage as Archimedes so well stated. You not only use Tools in a system, you also use people. In a good company, there is a step-by-step system that anyone can follow. If people do follow the System, they experience success because they have people helping them each step of the way as well as the Tools that do the work for them.

    3. Coaches. This is probably starting to make sense to you now. You now have a Product to market, a Compensation plan to pay you as well as Tools and a System to follow. Your Coach helps to put it together for you and keep you on target so that you achieve your goals. Any successful athlete, musician, or person who excels at a craft/trade/art has or had a coach. In most instances, its multiple and continuing coaches. Recognizing the importance of coach, we celebrate great coaches like the late Coach John Wooden of UCLA. Work with a coach, a mentor and you will succeed. Attempt to do it all on your own and, most likely, you will fail.

    4. Owners. Simply put, if the owners lack integrity and the ability to lead, the Company will fail. The Owners are the ones who write your royalty checks both today and into the future. Make sure that they have a track record of success and integrity. Your future depends on it.

Choose wisely. Let me know if I can help in any way. Would love to hear your thoughts on these 6 Key Points.

Business or Hobby ? by Gidget Giardino

Unless somebody is making the phone ring or the customers come through the door, it's not a business. It's just a very expensive hobby.

Depending on what kind of business you are in the activities you need to do in order to bring the customers to you daily varies. Traditional business may need more advertising, direct mail campaignes, radio scripts, etc. But, if you Work From Home you need to stay in touch via internet, the phone, or both.

A Home-Based Business does not usually require a large start-up cost. You should not have to take out a sales ad in the newspaper or spend your cash on advertising campaignes. However, you will need to choose the right company and get a mentor.

The things you need to look for in choosing the right company are:
    1. The Owners must have integrity and a solid success record.
    2. A Mentor who will keep you on target and help you achieve your goals.
    3. A step-by-step System that anyone can follow.
    4. Tools to deliver the information professionally without delay.
    5. Generous and fair Compensation plan designed to last.
    6. Highly consumable Products that work.

Tomorrow I will post details on the above six necessary things you need to choose a Successful Company.

A Small Success by Gidget Giardino

There are lots of small successes leading up to a big success. One of my small successes has just happened and I wanted to share it with you.

For more than 25 years I owned a retail florist in busy Fort Lauderdale, FL. Recently I sold it and have felt kind of sad. After all, that business was a huge part of my life I let go. All three of my sons were raised right there in the shop. Every milestone was made primarily in my office among the flowers. And, before I go any further... that is not the small success I am talking about.

For the very first time EVER in my life, my Christmas tree is up AND decorated before the end of November! Usually I am throwing ornaments on in a hurry somewhere around the 15th of December (and I'm lucky if the tree isn't lopsided when I'm finished.) This may not seem like something to consider as a success in life for most people, but for me it surly is.

Success is measured in may different ways. Today I am considering this small success a stepping stone toward a bigger success. I LOVE WORKING FROM HOME!

    Don't Settle by Gidget Giardino

Life has so much to offer each of us. Why, then, do we settle for less than exactly what we want? Today there is too much doom and gloom being spread around us. The daily news spouts unemployement woes and future economic projections show more of the same; doom and gloom. Don't you think you deserve more?

If every month you made more money than you did the previous, wouldn't you want to share how you made that happen? It goes back to the age old question: which would you rather have, a million dollars or the way to make a million dollars? Well....?

Let's make a million dollars together.
